Terms and conditions of use

Our deliveries are only made on business days. For major cities the approximate delivery time is up to 7 business days, for other municipalities up to 15 business days depending on the destination. Deliveries cannot be made on an exact schedule and must be destined for a punctual and safe address, such as home or office. In the Black Friday period, and sales, delivery times can be significantly increased and are subject to availability.

The delivery time begins to count from the confirmation of payment and can be affected by force majeure factors, as well as by the population in which you are and the day and time you make the purchase.

In case you have any questions about the dispatch or if your order does not arrive within the stipulated period, contact us through our email electrofrenorr@gmail.com. Don't worry, we will take care of solving it and give you an answer as soon as possible. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 PM.


Our payment platform Pay U must approve the transaction according to the data analysis.

Credit card payments and using the PSE button may take up to (1) business day for approval.

Cash and Baloto payments payment information may take up to (1) business day after payment is made.

Once your payment is approved, you will receive an email with the confirmation of your order. Later, when your order is sent, we will send a new email with the tracking number (Tracking Number) with which you will be able to know the real location of the product and the estimated date of delivery with the carrier. This information is also available when entering "Your Account" and consulting the status of your orders where all the information about them will be updated.


The shipment will be determined in each particular case depending on the destination, weight and volume of the package. This value will be calculated when you finish your purchase and will be informed at the time of settlement of the order, before you make the payment.
