ELECTROFRENORR EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY
When requesting your product exchange or money back, keep in mind that the product must be new, unopened, unworn, with all its original packaging, parts, accessories, complete manuals and labels attached to it.
You can present the physical invoice or the image of the invoice.
The return or exchange deadlines that are detailed below, will begin to count from the date of delivery of the product:
15 calendar days after the date you received it.
The following products have no change: products that have been assembled, electrical and electronic parts.
How to make a change?
In our physical store, you can change your product. This change is subject to the availability of inventory in the Store and you must bear in mind that the product you choose has the same price as the one initially purchased.
How to make a return?
You can request the return of the money through a Gift Card to any of our advisors.

It is important that you bear in mind that the products purchased by Online Purchase with In-Store Pick-up are not subject to return with home pick-up service and in the case of home delivery you must wait for the receipt of the order to start the process refund of money.
Once we receive the product, the general condition will be verified, which should not show signs of use. It will take 5 business days to review the product and start the process of your request. You will receive an email when your refund has been processed with the bank.
Remember that return times may vary:
If you paid with a credit card from other banks: Once we start the refund process with the bank, it will depend on the time the bank takes to make it effective. Keep in mind that depending on the bank you have, sometimes returns can be reflected on the date of purchase, so you should be consulting the extracts from that moment.
If you paid in cash, the money will be transferred to the account number of the natural or legal person who made the purchase.
